Payments

            

  • We accept VisaMastercard, and American Express credit cards through our secure server on our site.
  • We also accept payments through PayPalan account with PayPal is not required to use this method.
  • We are also pleased to offer the convenience of payment by Cheque or Money Order. (Canadian and US Residents Only)
  • You may also email your payment through Interac E-Transfer (more information about Interac E-Transfers can be found HERE. (Canadian Residents Only)

Please note: PayPal eChecks can take up to 7 to 10 business days before it is cleared, therefore your order may be delayed until payment has cleared our account.  Cheques & Money Orders must be issued from a major Canadian or U.S. Bank or Credit Union and issued in Canadian Funds.  A fee of $25 will be charged for all Non-Sufficient Funds Cheques and invoiced to you.

Also note that your purchase will be scheduled for production once payment has cleared our bank account.

Shipping

  

FREE Tracked Shipping on orders $150 or more. (Valid for Canadian and United States Residents)

We ship all orders via Canada Post, Purolator Courier worldwide.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

  • Shipment of orders are normally at the shipping office within 48 hours of order completion.
  • Shipping fees are based on province/state/country destination.
  • We do not ship on Sundays or Canadian Statutory Holidays.
  • As we do not have a physical retail store, we do not provide pick ups from our location.

  • Canada Post - Lettermail Other (transit time up to 14 business days, only for packages weighing less than 500g)
  • Canada Post - Expedited Parcel (transit time up to 7 business days)
  • Purolator - Express (transit time 3 business days guaranteed, valid for shipments in British Columbia)
  • Purolator - Ground (transit time 3 business days guaranteed, valid for all other Provinces and Territories)

*  UNITED STATES RESIDENTS *

  • Canada Post-Tracked Packet-USA (transit time up to 6 business days)
  • Purolator - US Ground (transit time 3 business days guaranteed)

Shipping via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, Tracked Packet-USA or Purolator Courier includes insurance up to $100 and tracking number.  Insurance upgrades are available for a small fee.

 Or if you prefer to have your order shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service), FedEx (Federal Express), or by another method provided by Canada Post (ie Xpresspost or Priority) please CONTACT US first with the items you wish to purchase, your email, and your shipping address. We will then calculate the shipping cost and send you a PayPal invoice for your order to reflect shipping by this method.

  • Canada Post - Small Packet - International Air (transit time up to 2 to 6 weeks depending on location and customs

This method does not include insurance or tracking.  Insurance and Tracking upgrades are available, please CONTACT US with your request before you order so we may calculate your shipping cost or if your particular country is not listed in checkout.

Saniki Creations Handmade Chainmaille and Adornments is not liable for any packages lost or damaged once it's in the hands of the Post Office. All border customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.

Due to customs, holidays, postal strikes, or acts of nature, time frame for delivery is a guideline only. 

Custom Orders

Once a design has been decided on we will require half the payment in advance (a deposit) via credit card or PayPal and the remaining balance due once the project is completed, but prior to shipping.  Please note that all deposits for Custom Orders are non-refundable.

Custom orders are Non-Refundable or Returnable. Feel free to CONTACT US with your questions or ideas about doing a Custom Order. 

Returns/Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from receipt of package to return your order for a refund or exchange. Item(s) must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached or refund/exchange will not be applied.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs to send item back to us. A refund will be issued via method of order payment (Credit Card, PayPal) for the Item Price once we receive the item. A Restocking Fee of 10% will also be taken from the Item Price.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receipt of items returned. Please CONTACT US with your Order NumberProduct Number and Reason for Return, we will issue you a RMA Number to be attached to the item that will be returned. 

Non Returnable/Refundable Items

Final Sale/Clearance Items, Custom Orders and Personalized Jewelry/Accessories are NOT returnable or refundable. 

Our Warranty

We will gladly tweak, fix, and/or replace findings or jumprings from normal wear and tear for the duration you own our items.  Please CONTACT US with your Order Number and Product Number and Reason for Repair, we will issue you a Repair Number to be attached to the item that will be returned to us for fixing if we feel it is under our Warranty.

You are responsible for all shipping costs.

Gift Cards Terms and Conditions

  • Unused balances may be applied to other purchases. An email will be sent with a new Code to use for balances available.
  • Gift Cards do not expire and do not accrue maintenance fees.
  • Gift Cards can not be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.
  • Neither Saniki Creations Handmade Chainmaille and Adornments is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.
  • Do to the nature of the application to run our Gift Cards. Amounts deducted from purchases using Gift Cards do not reflect shipping charges. We apologise for this inconvenience.
