• Ordering: To become an authorized Retailer of Jewelry by Saniki Creations merchandise, please fill out our application request and when approved we we will send you ordering information. If you have not received a response within 72 hours, please Contact Us.
• Minimum order quantity per item is as follows: Bracelets = 5 each, Earrings = 6 pairs, Necklaces = 5 each, Pendants = 6 each, Cell Phone & Keyring Charms = 12 each
  
• Any order that does not meet the minimum order criteria will not be accepted and the order will be void and cancelled.  If payment has been completed, we will refund all monies via PayPal.
• Discount/Gift Vouchers are NOT redeemable with any wholesale order.  Any wholesale order that states a Discount/Gift Voucher will be void and cancelled.
  
• Jewelry by Saniki Creations does NOT authorize/ allow any of its merchandise to be sold on eBay or any other auctions site at any time. All items may not be sold at a lesser price than what is listed on www.sanikicreations.com at anytime.
• Cancellations made 7 days after the order is written will not be accepted.
• Any changes to your Wholesale Order must be made within 7 days in writing. We will then contact you with a revised invoice/ PO.
• Regular shipping rates apply to all wholesale orders.
• Depending on the order, our lead time is between 7 to 14 days.
  
• Our Return Policy applies to all wholesale orders.
  
• Refusal of shipments will result in a 25% restocking fee.
• We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.
• We accept all major credit cards and echecks via PayPal at this time.
